Hume's most famous philosophical writing is 'A treatise of Human Nature'
was published in 1737, but it flopped, "falling stillborn from the
press". Later, Hume rewrote the treatise calling it 'An Enquiry concerning
Human Understanding'. It is this work that we will be studying.
